Pros

I made some great friends

Cons

Very top heavy with leadership and management positions, however none of them seem to do anything. They are all inexperienced and/or ineffective. The company makes it very difficult to get commission; even if you hit your numbers they make ridiculous rules at the last minute to keep you from a bonus, or double your goals the following quarter so you won't hit again. The pharmacy branch itself is a nightmare- understaffed, overworked. Leadership expects you to sell a product that the pharmacy or nutrition center can't deliver in any sort of reasonable time. I read reviews about the company before I started and stupidly didn't believe them. I can with full confidence now say that every negative review you read is true. I wouldn't wish my working experience at Coram on my worst enemy. Stay far away.

Training is a joke- Stripped of weekends and holidays now

Pros

None to list anymore. I honestly can’t think of any.

Cons

Something changes literally everyday. Management never knows what’s going on. We used to have weekends off now we have mandatory weekends and our holidays were ripped away too. The PAR/PCC position is treated like the step child. PARs are given work from other departments daily and we must still maintain our time goals. There’s flexibility for everyone but that department. The pay is a joke for what you are doing. Especially for those living in Ca. You have the branch managers and sales team barking down your neck all day, no help. It’s a circus. The turnover was non existent 2 years ago but lately great employees who have been employed at the company for years have been leaving. It’s not worth it anymore. Great for experience. After you learn the ropes, move on to a company that appreciates their employees more. The stress of this job is not worth it.
