Pros

Pay is good. Autonomy is nice. Patient interaction is good.

Cons

You are trying to push sales without the backbone of a strong office to support you. Multiple service failures, constant bickering and contention. The managers don’t seem to talk to each other at the top. Very little changes been made for the positive. I would definitely not look at the pay only-look at the experience you’re setting your self up for. The pay is nice but it comes at a cost of your happiness. They will ask you why your numbers are down when the evidence is so bold and obvious. Poor customer experience reflects on poor patient and customer satisfaction.
