      No job/life balance, but all the mandatory overtime you can handle

      Pros

      infusion would be a dream job if they had enough staff. As it is, I've been there 3 months and already pretty much burned out. 55+ hour weeks not including mandatory call because they don't have staff and legally aren't allowed to turn away patients.

      Cons

      too much call, too many patients, not enough nurses, too much overtime. The company thinks they own you.
