Cons

Benefits are extremely unaffordable, Management is rude, nasty, and ineffective and will tell you they don't know when asking for advice, extremely high turnover rate, patients will receive wrong/missing shipments of m edications or supplies, company is getting ran in the ground due to having the wrong people in high positions, it's not what you know here, it's who you know.

Pros

The only pro to working here, is realizing there is better for you out there then this place.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent. They have mandatory overtime that keeps getting extended because employees leave and they have no one else to do the work. Employee burn-out here is a serious problem at this company. The quotas are unrealistic and unhealthy. Breaks and lunches are within slotted windows of time that must be approved on a daily basis by management. Due to the volume of work and the quota expectation, breaks are NOT taken and lunches are delayed or worked through. You are only allowed to take your earned time-off, if it's approved far in advanced. However, they pick and choose the employees who actually get to take the time off during and around holidays or weekends, and there's a max to the number of people they are willing to allow time off to. Management calls it "black out" days, so even if you're a good employee, with good standing... they will RARELY allow you to take your earned time off. Literally every tiny thing has to be approved by management. Every time you call in sick, you're penalized - every time, even just the first offense. So, basically, you are NOT allowed to ever be sick or ever need to call in and miss a day. You're treated like a slave, and disrespected no matter how much you give or how good you are. The company does NOT care about their employees and when I left, there were two people left that I knew from when I had started. Everyone leaves, and the people who stay... it's only because they have no other option, or the company hasn't fired them yet. They do not help you grow and move up within the company. Their policies and procedures change on a whim with lack of communication. There are too many systems, programs, emails, documents... flying around and you're expected to perform under these very poor circumstances. Their processes and work flows are chaotic and unreliable to work with, and in the end, the employee is blamed. This is the worst place I have ever worked.
