Pros

-benefits packages are good -personal time off, when we're allowed to use it, is good

Cons

-never consulted on anything customer related -no chance to move within the company -management doesn't solve problems -poor management -the culture is one of in-fighting and silos -terrible website -too much time spent looking for sales, not enough time spent building relationships -sales managers and directors have a "money first, then we'll help" attitude -did I mention the websites are terrible?

Pros

Health Benefits are far better than most employers. Work/Life balance is helpful. Downtown location is vibrant & convenient for commuting.

Cons

There is confusion on how to proceed.. not a meaningful & simple (and enforced) core set of principles but a collection of ever-changing "innovations" that require a corporate redesign every year, leaving all the needed housekeeping undone.. and confounded. Company appears ruled by sad grasps for growth opportunities in a declining industry. Office culture is a little nasty. Other reviewers say people are great but I've heard what my colleagues say about others they've targeted when they're not around. Very strange why so many people would volunteer bullying others so easily. "Great people"? I completely disagree. Some of the most unprofessional behavior I've seen in any workplace.

great people good culture - wear what you want to work location is good for work and play decent technology for company size

Cons

management changes constantly no clear direction on companies future constant re-orgs (twice a year at least) untrustworthy management and senior management is secretive
