Best reasons to work at Corbis at least when I worked for them ( they have had a leadership change since...which is why I was laid off) were creative environment, relaxed surroundings, cool co-workers (almost became like family), nice managers (at least my managers were), good place to grow (if you can make it without getting laid off)and good employee benefits.

Cons

Downsides of working at Corbis were leadership and/or business plane changed frequently which lead to lots of layoffs and then re-hire, then layoff and so on.... it's a vicious cycle.
