The general front line population of the company, particularly the sales staff, is a relatively cohesive group and works hard to meet targets.

Cons

The constant strategic changes, never-ending strategy changes and generally lackluster, insulated and demotivating management team undermine the chance of success.

Corbis: not selling art, you are selling widgets

Get to see lots of really cool photography like the Bettman Archive and art from top artists like Andy Warhol and Ben Watts.

Cons

In sales, you are selling an image number, not consulting people on images and design. You do not have any input into the creative process. If you are about to take a job in sales at Corbis and think you will be able to use some creative background, think twice. They are pretty cutthroat on hitting numbers. You get an assigned number of accounts that you are expected to grow.
