      Going down the drain

      Pros

      Flexible work from home model; decent benefits; unlimited PTO;

      Cons

      Sales are down the tank - they acquired 5-6 companies in like a 3 year span while trying to offer every platform out there. They expanded too big, too fast and now sales are plummeting, and they have had several rounds of layoffs since spring 2023. They brought in a whole new level of c-suite, who can't seem to figure out up from down. It's very frustrating. I am so glad that I got out of the company when I did.

      Maybe the below average bi-weekly pay

      Cons

      Only thing to look forward to is Bi-Weekly pay, if you have a good team leader that is. If not, it's going to suck as upper management only cares about numbers and nothing else. Micro-management from the upper echelon is the norm. Overtime is highly frowned upon

      You’ll probably have plenty of cool people to complain about management with.

      Cons

      Leadership is a toxic mess of uncaring moneygrabbers and hapless amateurs pretending to know what they’re doing.
