      Pros

      Decent benefits, OK pay compared to peers. Some of the people are really good. Work-life balance is good and office hours are often flexible depending on your work schedule.

      Cons

      There is no culture here. The company is just looking to sell so cheapness is the way of life. Unfortunate that some of the really talented are coaxed into staying on with a dead horse.

      Great company vision, excellant technical skills across the board, Coworkers are friendly and willing to help. Compensation is competitive. The overall atmosphere is friendly and supportive.

A great group of people and a fun culture to work with throughout the country. 5. Continued evolution of the business makes it fast paced.

      1. Cyclical nature of the SLED Business. 2. Hiring process takes a very long time.
