Pros
A very fast pace atmosphere, where you can thrive if you are not afraid to put in an honest day's work. The company made significant investments in sales training and in bringing quality people to the org. You have to WORK here and if you are hoping to sit in your pajamas all day on a WEBEX or fly around with no responsibilities and not produce anything but expense bills, then you aren't long for this company. If you want to be part of something and you are willing to do the work, then this is the place!
Cons
The challenges here are always resources, we are rapidly growing and will always stretch our resources. We don't cater to "prima donnas" and we don't bring in "hired guns" so our hiring process takes longer than most.
