      Easy job, not busy, nice area.

      - Calls are steady, doesn’t really get that busy - Great benefits, the insurance is good - In a great area, the cafeteria & bar I recommend - The gym membership deal is amazing! - Management is easy to work with and always helps

      Cons

      - The pay could be more - Training classes to agents isn’t really available - Don’t have many meetings

      It's a trap!

      Pros

      The position itself is easy.

      Cons

      First, HR handed us a binder and said here, learn this. we just sat their for 2 hours and did nothing. Second, I had to drive 6 weeks and drove nearly 2000 miles before I was reimbursed for my monthly mileage. which is only around $.15 a mile! I used up so much of my own money before I started getting paid I ended up in debt while working full time.
