      Paying a living wage is not a bad thing.

      Pros

      People are nice and try to work together.

      Cons

      Vegas is the least paid of all the divisions. At $14 a hour most have been forced to take on 2 and 3 others jobs to make ends meet. Good quality employees leave do to financial hard ship. Cost if living has increasted but not salary. So very hard to hire or retain good people. Always short handed. No work and life balance.

      Good money Friday and Saturday off

      Cons

      Hours 1:45pm to whenever the orders for the day are done. Management can be a little wishy-washy.
