      Pros

      The mission and amazing culture are seen on a daily. The HQ office space is top tier with an amazing patio area, standing desk, and not your regular coffee station. Everyone at Core One are extremely down to earth and passionate about the growth of the company. The Executive team are all very knowledgeable, down to earth, and most important approachable (which is rare).

      Honestly nothing for me at all!

      Amazing Post-Federal Employment Work Experience

      Pros

      Core One was my first private sector experience after a career in the Federal Government. I could not have asked for a better place to land. The senior managers are all former USG and understand the skill set former government employees bring. They are absolutely committed to providing our USG clients with top-notch support and are much more agile and less bureaucratic than the big contracting companies. All employees have direct access to senior managers and our opinions are valued. Benefits are very competitive. This is a great place to work supporting a great mission.

      Pros

      -Supportive management, focused on professional development and not just day-to-day getting your job done. -Great culture: hardworking and focused on results, but still take time for corporate outings.

      Cons

      None for me, but it is a fast paced environment. It may not be for you if you are looking to coast in a job.
