      Steals employee wages when you leave

      Pros

      - work autonomy allows for creativity - interesting work, never boring - hybrid work format

      Cons

      The company uses unlimited PTO scam to steal employee wages. I had an agreement to leave at the end of the month. By company standards of 20 PTO annually, I had ~8 PTO left. I asked to use 4 of those on my last days at the company, was let go of immediate.

      We apologize for the misunderstanding of the Core One Leave Policy. Our corporate policy for those that are participating in our unlimited PTO, including Engineering Consultants, is that paid time off hours are not accrued and there is no remaining balance upon termination, resignation or a reduction in force (RIF).       - Great work location (new office w/ all new furnishings) - Inclusive environment where you can contribute to many aspects of the company - A change of pace for those that are use to working "typical" corporate jobs due to the industry we serve - Everyone is 100% Mission Focused and committed to giving our customers the best possible experience - Management team is very down to earth and easy to approach - You'll get to learn from a diverse group of people with even more diverse backgrounds - Remote work capability - Managers trust their subordinates to work independently and achieve departmental / company goals - Very quickly growing, regularly increasing headcount of both senior and supporting staff - Employees are recognized for their efforts through promotions and annual bonuses - Flexible work schedule (within exception)

      Cons

      - Employees are expected to work in the office, even during COVID - Amenities are lacking such as snacks, drinks, break areas - Office space can be noisy due to open floor plan
