Great VP and RDO in the North Region, constant training and growth opportunities, my ideas are considered and mean something to focused change, awesome associates in every state, great pay, great flexibility, decent benefits, helpful departments and staffing on every level.

Cons

After the last 5 years of basic 3% raises, even with "exceeds" ratings, it would be nice to get the inflation rate. Wish we had more women in upper C-Suite positions.
