      Pros

      Good employees, easy work for the most part, ok benefits. Doug is hands down the best foremen you could asked for, it a his boss and the bosses boss who are out fo touch with the times and reality.

      Cons

      Run down shop, hot and humid. Poor plant manager who micro manages and stresses everyone out. Plant manger tries to play everyone against each other. Talks bad about the employees to the office, then talks bad about the office to the employees. Management is unorganized, and out of touch with the real needs of the shop

      Help from direct report boss anytime anywhere what ever the issue is they will try and fix it.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't seem to care how good you are doing they seem to want more and give you less
