Work can be strenuous/labor intensive at first. Relocation after the first year was required.

Not Micromanaged, good understanding management, want to see you grow and move up, lots of free lunches

we are understaffed which can make for some crazy days. But at the same time that could also be a Pro* because it makes the days fly by
