The people working for the company are great - knowledgeable, talented, smart and always eager to help. Just like in any company everything varies department to department, and some departments have it better than others. If you have a good senior leader you are golden. This company was build on good people. Some company events, summer picnics, christmas party

Cons

People are overworked...a lot... Working on the weekends and at night is a usual thing. Pay is not great for the hours worked. Not a lot of flexibility there.

Cons

Navy culture is widespread in the Field Operations group. Many bottle necks and silos. Training and IT support is minimal, strong leadership is lacking at almost every level of management and in every department. This unfortunate management culture is leftover from previous CEO's tenure and just starting to change with new CEO but it will be quite some time before Coresite is a team oriented, cohesive management team with a forward thinking and employee focused culture.

-CoreSite as a company is a family, when big events happen around the company, colleagues from different regions are willing to reach out and pledge their support. -Company loves to celebrate and praise every victory, big or small. -Great culture, everyone from Top to Bottom is approachable -Commuting expenses paid for

Cons

-More work with less people, employees tend to have more responsibilities than they should for their positions. - Lack of technical training.
