As we are seeing with the high turnover rate, the senior management is pushing out good employees as fast as they are hiring them. This is most apparent with the CEO pushing out most of the senior management team (CTO, COO, CFO, GC, and SVPs) over the last 4 or 5 years. The senior management team (lead by CEO) has created an environment of fear for employees wanting to make improvements or speaking out against failed programs. Those wanting to fact check this only have to look at the company's public filings showing changes in leadership team and the millions in write-downs of failed programs.
CoreSite is also overselling its capabilities and this is challenging for employees to explain these failures to customers without revealing system inadequacies. It feels like the company is positioning itself to be bought and is only concerned with posting great earnings.
