Pros

Great industry, decent pay. If you're family has ties to CEO, Tom Ray, you could be a SVP before your 30!

Cons

The CEO has previously terminated 2 and possibly 3 Sales SVP's without cause just prior to large deals closing in order to avoid paying money that would have been owed to them. He has also terminated the CTO and General Counsel prior the their IPO under similar circumstances. In at least one of these cases, law suits were filed and multi-million dollar settlements were paid but the behavior continues unabated.

Pros

Company culture is unlike anywhere I have worked before. Everyone is genuinely enthused about their job and wants to help out anywhere they can. Employees just seem very happy here. It is truly refreshing and enjoyable!

Cons

I can't really think of any cons, i guess I wish they had a stock option plan.

Company is very ethical at a time when a lot in the industry are not. Management is bright, fair and compensates well for work well done.

Cons

To its advantage and disadvantage- may be a bit lean and conservative but also an advantage.
