      Lot of changes with mgt going on right now, many inconsistencies, no one is on the same page with anything. But staff is awesome, friendly.

      Opportunities to grow and try new roles as well as transfer to other locations

      Cons

      Very negative environment and HR doesn't help. Even upper hr leaders are just trying to cover themselves legally but don't seem to care about employees and poor behavior which allows it to get out of control.
