Pros
The work is flexible and the work pace is decent. COVID-19 definitely made the department a bit busier, but all in all not a bad entry-level position for those wanting to get some primary hospital experience.
Cons
The current middle management is all over the place. Like most larger corporations, management in charge of this position doesn't really care for your growth or achievement. Its a tech job: you show up, do what you're supposed to, punch out. What's worse, the rest of the hospital doesn't respect the position either. You're seen as a nuisance more than an active member of the healthcare team.
