      Pros

      Stay away. Unethical leadership that goes as far as to make up fake medical statistics and leadership turns their head. West Michigan mentality — dumb, airhead let’s call everyone our friend mentality- with fake know-nothing leaders who started working there out of college.

      Probably of the worst places I have ever worked. Fake, unethical, incompetent. Shady and unethical, but west Michigan Culture embraces that.

      What you learn/gain as far as knowledge of the job goes.

      Cons

      Corewell is extremely frugal with paying their employees decent or average wages. They cherry pick what rules to follow for various employees and when they feel like following them. They merged and a lot of stuff got messed up and still is. Once they decide they don’t want you as an employee there is no going back. They will get rid of you.
