      Pros

      Good company culture. we all help each other. Nobody says "not my job". I feel safe, secure, and comfortable in my environment. We all care about how well we succeed.

      Cons

      Fast paced, ever changing systems. We have new programs that have little to no training. Just read your knowledge articles over and over. If you get stuck on something, ask a coworker. They're happy to help. Nothing in the job repeats on a daily basis so remembering what you did a year ago is tough.
