Pros
it’s a good job if you are self motivated and like autonomy. Working on the road is enjoyable to me and we get to meet some pretty amazing people. Pay and benefits are average.
Cons
Paid the same to case managers those who only do visits, can be overwhelming when case loads are high. Sometimes the focus seems more on productivity points than good care.
