Pros

Benefits and Salary are good. Programming budgets and travel allowances were nice. Dining facilities were awesome, employees have many places to enjoy for lunch.

Cons

Location and level of unfairness between senior management and other employees. Skills and knowledge are not appreciated, title and where you came from is the value.
