Hybrid work, PTO allowance, a few paid holidays, same level management relationships and collaboration

Salary is not enough for the workload, no senior management support- they only care about making themselves look good to the VP’s & President, no beneficial feedback when an error was made, play favorites, micromanaging employees but offering MO help when the workload is too much, training is always unorganized, constantly reorganizing company
