1.Leaves (You cannot easily get leaves if you are responsible or senior person) 2.Small Projects, small teams too much dependency on certain individual. Again they are not able to grant leave to responsible person because you don't have a exact backup. 3.Appraisals in non voice process 4.Must Starting Learning & Training courses internally
