Pros

Excellent earning potential, great benefits, thoughtful and helpful leadership. The technology is better than any other I've seen in the space. The vision for the company is ahead of it's competition by a long shot.

Cons

Training isn't their forte, but that gives you the freedom to be creative and learn by doing.

Pros

Corrigo is an agile company that gives me the ability to actual help guide the direction in which we head. No company is perfect, but I love working with everyone of our 100 employees. That is highly unusual in most companies. Corrigo has also made my job so much easier because our software is literally the best in the industry.

Cons

As with any growing company our staff wears multiple hats and we run lean. I consider both a Con and a Pro really.
