Can't Believe that this Company is Still in Business

Pros

Nice people, Professional & clean office. CEO on site.

Cons

Company continuously shifts philosphy based on poor business model. Every rep competing against each other for the same business/accounts since all the trucking/transport companies linked to same ownership groups. Inept marketing/sales executives directing the effort. Too much time & effort spent on developing products that can't be sold for enough $ to make it a viable business.

Pros

Put together more information about companies than anyone has ever put together. Helps not only to manage credit risk, but has expanded into B2B purchase behavior, helping companies to increase sales and marketing efforts. Great team of people, very hands on, fun atmosphere.

Cons

Constant change, due to the growth of data and the organization there are many changes taking place daily, one just has to go and enjoy the ride!

Pros

Cortera offers a great solution that is very unique to the business development community. They go much further than providing a list of leads, they actually help businesses score their existing customer base or new prospects to improve and mange sales forecasts.

Cons

Having such a great solution with a brand that has limited awareness creates obsticles when presenting to a new prospect. A great deal of time is spent educating prospects and providing free trials, but once the prospect sees the potential, it sells its self.
