Pros

Supportive leadership. Recently hired a new head of inside sales who’s an expert in the industry and is really helping us become successful. We all have a positive attitude and get along well as a team. The company is spending a lot of time getting the Cortera name out there making it easier to get customers to make the switch.

Cons

Product is constantly evolving so you must always be ready for change.
