Amazing company culture, strong leadership, strong compensation plan including benefits, fast paced and very rewarding.

Cons

Guidelines and platforms change very consistently so there is always new training being rolled out. The changes are often for the better but it can make finding a good balance difficult during our busy summer months.

Cortland is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. They truly value their employees in general. They provide ongoing training and development and there is lots of room for growth. I can honestly say I love coming to work everyday!

Cons

Hourly pay could be better because it is not enough to live off of if you don't have commissions from getting leases (your first month to first few months).

Cons

With any growth there are some hurdles, but Cortland is great about shifting to adjust.
