Too many cooks in the kitchen. Very little direction with high expectations. Very trigger friendly when it comes to firing people.

Pros

They're constantly looking for new innovative solutions in an industry that is typically pretty stuck in its ways. They brought valet trash in house, pest control, construction, design, and more. I can't think of any other company in this space doing quite what they're doing. The benefits are great. Leadership truly care for the product and the satisfaction of residents.

Cons

Things move very fast including expansion of the company. It's growing fast, which I can see being a con to some, but energizing to others.
