- Company with homegrown core values for which talent is hired, promoted, and recognized for consistent modeling - Great track record of growth and even bolder growth aspirations moving forward - Tremendous track record of promoting from within - Willingness to hire from outside the industry to challenge status quo thinking and approaches - Atmosphere centered around integrated teamwork rather than individual ambition - Culture based around leadership rather than management - A focus on decisions and programs that support customers (residents) and employees (associates) as the means by which to create sustainable business value

No pronounced cons. Like any company growing at Cortland's pace, there can be a lot of change and work volume to manage. But it's exciting to be with a company that is growing.
