      Awesome enviornment, Great People, Lots of opportunities, If you don't know something you can just ask without feeling like people think you're stupid

      Cons

      Very fast paced, not meant for some people since it can get overwhelming at times, not too much structure.

      The CEO is very approachable and friend to speak with and it really sets the tone for the culture. One of the best corporate cultures I've been apart of.

      Cons

      The benefits for a family are on the expensive side.

      - Benefits are great! - Pay and commission is very fair. - Opportunity for growth - Management is awesome. They truly care about their employees and treat us like equals, regardless our position.

      Cons

      None thus far. The CEO of the company takes great care of all his employees. He even came to visit each and every one of us at the job sites to make sure we are doing okay.
