      Pros

      The work is exciting and intellectually stimulating. If you enjoy going deep and fully understanding your field, there is a lot of opportunity. Benefits are good and my schedule was flexible as long as the customer(s) were satisfied. End of year bonuses were good.

      Cons

      Organization is very flat and you are expected to be independent and without much mentorship. Some people thrive in this, I felt like I needed more direction from management. Feedback on work was not necessarily tied to bonuses and promotions were unclear.
