      Growing company, lots of opportunities, great coworkers

      Growing pains, for instance, could probably use another layer of management for better organization. Could use a more organized training process as well.

      Corvid is primarily quite flexible when it comes to work schedules. Great work-life balance. Friendly staff. Always interesting projects in the pipeline.

      Cons

      Lots of gray areas, such as policy (or lack thereof). It doesn't seem there are many opportunities for growth/promotional potential.
