Literally everything else. It isn't even a hard job but there are so many unnecessary hoops to jump through to get simple things done. Constantly piling on more and more work while changing policies almost daily. Store management is barely trained and upper management is a joke. District manager sits in the back and watches Netflix on her iPad while she "works". Way too many unlicensed employees all the way up in the ranks to understand a business that caters to licensed professionals. Way too many unlicensed people being allowed to shop in the stores. Pay is laughable at best. Management sells a job that doesn't exist in the interview, and get things done based on scare tactics. I wish I had read these reviews before accepting the position, they are all accurate and only confirm that these are company wide issues and not simply in district.

Low pay, old technology, no overtime for what they always asking to the employees to do in the store, like come on guys you are winning a lot of money and even sallys has better technology, fix that please
