Not a lot of coworkers (3-5 per store). 20% discount at Cosmoprof and 30% at Sally's.

Cons

The company will try to pay you as little as possible! I was an assistant manager and was paid less than what Taco Bell offers their new employees. Upper management doesn't care about their employees at all and regularly ignores employee complaints.

The hours are reasonable if the store is fully staffed

Cons

Rarely are the stores fully staffed due to extremely poor pay, company only gives minimal hours to hourly employees, managers are extremely overworked and underpaid. Stores run on minimal staff and is EXTREMELY hard to get time off due to this. Stores deal with very high rate of shoplifters that get physical with employees and if you defend yourself in ANY way you are immediately terminated. Shoplifters are shown more respect than the employee.

Cons

Terrible work life balance if you need to make a decent living. The company’s mismanagement of inventory is laughable. The SBH organization cares about their stock price and not their people.
