Working for someone who was never there to fully train me. Refused to work with me, for certain hours, when my mom was in the hospital. I was capable of working, but specific hours. Was threatened if I don't work the hours given I would be fired. Yet, I was capable of working? Another con: Favoritism is extremely HIGH, it's sickening. The gossip, the pettiness. If you want to feel like an outsider and ignored, this is the place for you.

Could make a schedule suitable to my needs if I and when I had a staff to cover..

Cons

very little reward or recognition… Stressful job… So much work for not enough pay… But honestly I left the job and position for a job with less benefits… My quality of life is so much better now that I have left cosmoprof.

Not compensated for your worth, sales can’t be filled due to low inventory, shipping delays & issues constantly, compete with your own stores, constantly want more when they don’t do anything for you
