Pros

Easy job Unloaded stock from trucks each week Register was easy to use Simple product knowledge and formulations

Cons

Upper management was not the best Pay isn't great if you have a family or big bills Commission isn't big- you get like a dollar or so for selling their selected products for that month (which aren't that good to begin with so)

Pros

The customers are amazing! You get a lot of education and so many products that you need a storage closet. The hours can be decent. Being in an atmosphere that is within your education is great!

Cons

If you have kids or a family, this job isn’t for you. Although the hours are decent, in some circumstances you are expected to stay late and work longer. You may get paid overtime but the overtime isn’t worth it. This isn’t a corporate policy but if you don’t volunteer to stay late or work longer days in this area you are looked down upon and you’ll hear about how the store falls apart if you are not there. If you are sick, your kid is sick or you have any other problem that leads you to call in sick, you will likely be treated disrespectfully. Even when you work tirelessly and have sick time available to use at your expense. Be ready to give away your life to work at this location. It is not a job. It is a life. And a tough one at that. The pay is horrible for what you have to do and put up with. There is very little room to grow in this company if you want to make a lot. Moving up only takes more time away from you and takes a toll on your body. For the corporate side, they expect so much from a little store that could truly benefit and prosper from a larger store. This is a number driven business. Quotas are high and expected to be surpassed.
