Everything!There are so many red flags i should have known better.There is a complete disregard for the employees. They will take away benefits at the drop of a hat and pile on the work load.If you are looking for a job with flexibility there is none.You are overworked and under paid.Absolutely no support from upper management.Learn on your own with no direction then blame you if it backfires.Reviews are a joke not even a .25 raise.Run fast from this company and don't turn back.Told one thing one day and the next day its something different.Low staffed and be prepared to work by yourself.They find loopholes around the pandemic to try to remain open saying we were Essential which we aren't. They will not hesitate at all to screw over their employees when it comes to money so beware,Absolutely no support ,Learn on your own with no direction then blame you if it backfires,Reviews are a joke ,Told one thing one day and the next day its something different,Their warehouse and shipping is a joke and we never had products.And the District Managers lie to cover their butt.Beware!I will never buy my products here again and give them any of my money.They are a disgrace.

Where to start.. there are so many cons! I worked for this company for 12 years. There is a complete disregard for the employees. They will take away benifits at the drop of a hat and pile on the work load. When I first started the job was fun, the atmosphere was light. As the years went on it was pure negativity. Corporate wont back you and will go out of the way to make you the bad guy. I finally left when the job interfered too much with home life. If you are looking for a job with flexibility there isnt a whole lot. Upper management is very hard to talk to as well. Absolutely no support! And let's talk about the pay.. I'm ashamed to say I stayed for so long. I started out at $9 an hour and after 12 years I was only at 14 and some change. It wasnt due to my work ethic. Every time it evaluations came around we were told there wasnt enough money in the budget to give us much, we were lucky we were getting anything at all. Same excuse year after year.
