Great Opportunity Poorly Executed

Pros

Brand exposure, industry trends and techniques available, good store hours, access to professional products. Company wide incentives were great and we had great samples and discounts.

Cons

Horribly underpaid, inconsistent management, technologically underdeveloped, constant tech/POS systems, inadequate corporate communication. It really felt like a battle between pleasing the customers and making sure to keep corporate off your tail.

Cons

Need more hours for staffing so employees can actually take their vacation. Pay a better wage. It's a lot of work for a small salary.
