Get to learn a lot about beauty industry, great work bon ds and friendships built. Free samples.

Cons

Extremely low wages for the high demands that corporate has. Lots of rules and laws get broken because of employees are trying to meet those demands and or don’t want to let down the team that is constantly short handed.

None absolutely none, samples are given as an incentive, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of pay and professionalism from corporate.

Cons

They do not promote from within they will lead you on to get you to do more work while promising you a promotion, and then hiring from outside. Upper management and that includes corporate picks their favorites and it is not determined by job performance or goals being made, those not on my favorites. List will receive harsher judgment and more workload. Nepotism lives and breathes here!
