You can learn so much from the customers & the way product is distributed in the professional beauty world.

No training, terrible management, upper management hasn’t worked in a Cosmoprof in years so they are very out of touch, treats employees terribly. They don’t provide the bonuses when they are earned per quarter. They are gas lighting, money hungry, robot-type people who are the ones making it so hard for stylists to simply get their products.
