Very low pay and the upper management is a joke. Nothing they say really gets done. I was told serval things in my interview that later were not going to happen until other people got comfortable in their jobs for me to learn anything new. Why does my success have to be halted by another person? My annual reveiw was also a joke and they could've kept the terrible raise.

Little pay and insulting raises. I was with the company 7 years and was quickly promoted to Store Manager. If my district didn't hit sales goals, I didn't get a raise. Most years I did not get any pay raise during my review. One year I got 13 cents. Gee. Thanks At one point in my time there, I caught a senior manager shoplifting and taking money from the register to pay the delivery man for her lunch. I called the "anonymous" whistleblower hotline to report using dates and products I SAW HER TAKE! I asked for cameras to be installed so they could see it for themselves. Their response? They called her and asked her if she stole anything. Of course she said no. That was the end of that. Time for me to move on and get another job.
