They hire almost anyone.

Cons

The company does not take care of their own. I have seen dedicated employees of 10 plus years being pushed out of opportunitys to move up because of outisde hiring. The pay is not competitive, they do not give raises and they work you to death if you allow it. This is they WORST company I have every worked for.

They have got to be one of worts companies when it comes to supporting outside sales reps. There isn't much of a monthly car allowance and there is no reimbursements for mileage. Wasn't ver helpful when my territory ended up being twice the size than it originally had been told to me.
