employee discount, shorter operating hours than most retail places

This is one of the worst companies to work for they don’t care if you don’t have a staff as a manager you’re expected to work all the time and your DM is not supportive. It doesn’t matter if you’ve had vacation approved for over six months the DM still doesn’t care even though it’s her job to figure it out. I transferred from a different state and they actually terminated me and it took many phone calls to get them to reinstate my benefits. this company does NOT care about their employees

Cons

Since bring in new upper management the company does not listen to its employees any more. The new management wants to run this company as if it were open to the public where as it only sales to licensed professionals.

Free samples I guess but still that doesn’t make up for the abuse this company puts you through

Awful pay. And if you like to be beaten down after you’ve already fallen well apply right now. There are store managers making less than $14 an hour.
