NOT a beautiful place to work!

Employee discount, decent hours since they are only open til 6 and 4 on weekends, some awesome customers you get to connect with, get to stay on top of the latest beauty products and trends

Cons

HORRIBLE management (store AND corporate level), constantly changing policies you can’t keep up with, severe understaffing so it’s impossible to keep up with work, hardly any opportunity for advancement and when positions open the company usually already has someone lined up for the job based on favoritism, also pay is pretty much minimum wage, A lot of nasty customers

Learning about products, assisting customers and actually connecting with them. It’s hard with the circumstances of our inventory, but most clients are beginning to understand we have no control…it just takes the extra effort and care when they are frustrated, but part of the job is knowing how to be a support system to other people and help grow success for the customer.

Company pays part of Medical, dental 401K

Cons

Demanding management, unrealistic expectations, very high stress job. Horrible place to work. Company introduced new pay structure, than almost immediately changed it, Because they didn't want to pay the sales team more, so they cut commissions, and lied about it. It's all smoke and mirrors....RUN !!
