Pros

Hours are amazing so you can have a great personal life, and the free products here and there are nice. The discount is only 20% off..

Cons

Poor training, the pay for management is extremely low and they can’t keep sales associates because they only pay minimum wage, super outdated technology so pretty much everything is done by hand. To much work for one manager especially One that is not properly trained.

Pros

Employees receive a discount on the products they buy. The latest the close is 7 pm which is on Monday’s.

Cons

Low pay employees start at $8.50. Employees get raises yearly upon evaluation, but the most am employee can receive is 19 Cents per year. I work with a girl who had been there 8 years and made around 9,75. Employees have to work full time for a year to receive benefits. We had no manager and only 2 employees and had to work 13 days in a row to get two days off.

They ask alot from you not enough pay. Managers don't care about you.
